Use of service
SoLoQR provides QR creation, dynamic routing, analytics, QR health checks, and campaign management tools for lawful business, creator, school, church, event, agency, and community use.
You may use SoLoQR only if you can form a binding agreement and will follow these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and all laws that apply to your campaigns and destinations.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Team access, when available, should be granted only to people authorized to manage your QR campaigns.
SoLoQR may use verified account, workspace, entitlement, and payment-provider records to decide what features are available to a workspace.
Static and dynamic QR codes
Static QR codes encode their content directly. After export, a static QR code does not depend on SoLoQR redirect infrastructure, although the destination or content you encoded must still exist and remain valid.
Dynamic QR codes route through SoLoQR redirect infrastructure so destinations can be edited, scans can be tracked, and safety controls can be applied. Dynamic QR behavior depends on the QR status, destination status, account entitlement, abuse controls, and service availability.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for your QR names, destinations, landing pages, uploaded assets, printed materials, disclosures, permissions, and legal compliance. Do not use SoLoQR to mislead scanners about where a QR code goes or who operates the destination.
Before printing or distributing materials, test the QR code on real devices and confirm the destination, design, entitlement state, and scan behavior match your campaign needs.
Availability and changes
SoLoQR aims to keep dynamic redirects reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, provider outages, abuse controls, security incidents, or infrastructure issues may affect some features.
Features, limits, pricing, and policies may change as the product evolves. If a material change affects paid access, SoLoQR will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the product, website, or account email.
Suspension and enforcement
SoLoQR may pause, block, remove, or limit QR codes, destinations, accounts, or workspaces that violate these terms, create security or abuse risk, interfere with the service, or expose SoLoQR or scanners to legal or safety risk.
Abuse-blocked dynamic QR codes may show a safety page instead of redirecting. Static QR codes that have already been exported cannot be remotely changed by SoLoQR.
Disclaimers
SoLoQR provides campaign and health-check guidance to reduce risk, but you remain responsible for final review before publishing or printing. Health checks, AI recommendations, and analytics are informational and are not guarantees of results, compliance, uptime, deliverability, or scan success.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SoLoQR is provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.
